David Josephs catering, we are enthusiastic about the farm-to-table movement! we know that food is at its best when it is fresh, local, and seasonal, and that creative, beautiful presentation is an important part of the dining experience and should be executed with thoughtfulness and care.

We work with local farms and vendors to procure the freshest, local, artisanal ingredients, and everything is prepared from scratch, by us, in our commercial kitchen and cooked on-site at our weddings and events. david josephs catering has partnered with venders such as baldor - gourmet kitchen - sysco for local ingredients such as produce - vegetables - cheese and dairy that is all from local suppliers, david josephs catering also uses imperial dade for all their green ware products that is eco friendly. • david josephs catering uses organic, pesticide-free, and antibiotic-free ingredients and products from farms in upstate new york, long island, new jersey, and urban farms right here in new york city. • we use wine venders that coordinate from vineyards that practice organic and sustainable farming, and suggest sourcing beer, spirits, and specialty beverages from local vendors. such as brooklyn brewery, blue point brewing company - montauk brewing company. david josephs catering has joined baldor’s pledge local to help support local farms and producers, because being a good neighbor is simply the right thing to do. but it might be surprising to learn just how easy it is to help baldor in this mission, and to help the local ecosystem and economy. david josephs catering has joined clean air group

Since 1995 david josephs catering company has been donating food to various groups such as new york city homeless services - city harvest - rescuing leftover cuisine, various churches within five borough, and long island to help donate food.
