Both Brothers have been involved in the hospitality industry from a very early age; food and entertainment is in their blood.

After venturing into varying Fine Dining establishments, an opportunity arose for David to open his own catering company, Many years into the experience, David is thrilled that he decided to take the plunge.

Joseph Farahat
Event Planner - Event Coordinator

In 1989 Joseph Farahat graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
Joseph spent the next two years under the tutelage of Four Star Chefs at the world famous Greenbrier Hotel and Spa. Once There Joseph developed his expertise and knowledge, and was awarded the very prestigious Medal of Excellence. He then returned to NYC where he continued to develop his craft at exclusive restaurants and hotels such as the Inter-Continental, the Waldorf Astoria, the 21 Club, Arcadia,Le Cirque, and Restaurant 44 at the Royalton Hotel. Joseph's dedication to the art of cooking has propelled him to become one of the most talented chefs in the Metropolitan area today.

David Farahat
Owner & Co-Founder

In 1990 David Farahat graduated from The Culinary Institute of America.
David then went on to study at some of New York's finest restaurants where he refined his skills under the guidance of top Chefs at establishments such as The River Cafe, Restaurant Rafael, La Metairie, Brasserie u Theatre. Le Cygne and The Garden City Hotel. He started as Executive Sous Chef at the Garden City Hotel and quickly ascended to the Executive Chef. David's hard work and dedication enabled him to become one of the youngest Executive Chefs of any Four Star Restaurant in the area

Jennifer Johnson
Day Of Coordinator

Is a corporate event and wedding coordinator in the Tri State Area. In 2005, when she first started Coordinating weddings and events, it was all about creating a beautiful design for the wedding and Working with vendors within the wedding Budget. . Over time I have come to realize those things are important, but the most valuable thing that as a wedding coordinator is make the process fun and relaxed for the bride. Jennifer began her event-planning career in Corporate Event Planning and has worked for Top Caterers Such as Great Performances, Thomas Preti, David Josephs Events, Mary Giuliani After ten years in the corporate world, Jennifer decided to combine her event experience with the wedding planning process by forming Events With Ease Weddings and Events in 2005. She has successfully coordinated over 200 events and weddings with a concentration in day-of-event & wedding Coordinating. Determined. Knowledgeable. Authentic. Three words that describe Jennifer as well as the service that she strives to deliver while coordinating your event. My job is to make sure that the wedding day and entire planning experiences is stress-free and exactly as you’ve imagined it. .
